After processing your order, you will shortly receive an automated e-mail containing the shipping and tracking information. If you already have an account on our site, you can find your tracking information in your order history by logging in.
Public national and regional holidays can affect the delivery date of your order and lead to a delay of delivery by two working days following the holiday. This applies to national and international orders.
We're not able to ship orders on weekends or EU holidays, so if you order on EU Holidays, Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped on the following business days, which would be earlier on Monday.

HOW TO EDIT/CANCEL AN ORDER?
If you want to edit or cancel your order, please email email@example.com with your order number and request. If your order has already been processed by our warehouse team, we will be unable to make any changes. But if not, we'll do our best to help you.

To start your return fill out the Return&Exchange form. After your return is accepted, you will receive an automated e-mail that contains address you need to ship your return package. You can drop off your return package at your local DHL location (or another courier, if you prefer). Please note that we will not be responsible for paying shipping costs associated with returns. All the packages that were sent without creating a return request, won't be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Please, share the return tracking number with us, so we can track your return and make a refund in time. Otherwise, the time to get a refund may prolong, or your return can get lost.
ALL INTIMATES, BOTTOMS WITHOUT HYGIENE STICKERS, AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS (EXCEPT CART DISCOUNTS) ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
Return item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition. Package return items with original tags & hygienic liner attached. We do not accept returns if items have deodorant/sweat stains, makeup marks, pet hair, or the smell of perfume. Any return that does not meet our return policy requirements will be sent back to the customer.
Once we inspect your return, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please give us 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed.
If it is approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, it may take 5-10 days for the bank to post the refund to your account. If original payment model is unavailable, we will issue a store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returns&Exchanges may only be made once.
