If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. ALL INTIMATES, BOTTOMS WITHOUT HYGIENE STICKERS, AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS (EXCEPT CART DISCOUNTS) ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
Return item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition. Package return items with original tags & hygienic liner attached. We do not accept returns if items have deodorant/sweat stains, makeup marks, or the smell of perfume. Any return that does not meet our return policy requirements will be sent back to the customer.
To make a return, please fill out the return&exchange form here. You will receive an automated e-mail that contains the P.O. box address you need to ship your return package. You can drop off your return package at your local USPS location. Please note that we will not be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
When you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment to prevent any losses.
To complete your return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and share your returns package's tracking number with us. All returns must be shipped to our warehouse. You will receive the address after creating the return request.
Once we inspect your return, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please give us 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed.
If it is approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, it may take 5-10 days for the bank to post the refund to your account. We will issue a store credit if the original payment model is unavailable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returns and exchanges may only be made once.
We do not offer any price adjustments for discounted products.
