Return Policy
PLEASE, NOTE THAT THE RETURN IS NOT FREE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE RETURN CHARGES.
To start your return fill out the Return&Exchange form. After your return is accepted, you will receive an automated e-mail that contains the P.O. box address you need to ship your return package. You can drop off your return package at your local DHL location (or another courier, if you prefer). Please note that we will not be responsible for paying shipping costs associated with returns. All the packages that were sent without creating a return request, won't be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Please, share the return tracking number with us, so we can track your return and make a refund in time. Otherwise, the time to get a refund may prolong, or your return can get lost.
ALL INTIMATES, BOTTOMS WITHOUT HYGIENE STICKERS, AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS (EXCEPT CART DISCOUNTS) ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
Return item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition. Package return items with original tags & hygienic liner attached. We do not accept returns if items have deodorant/sweat stains, makeup marks, pet hair, or the smell of perfume. Any return that does not meet our return policy requirements will be sent back to the customer.
Once we inspect your return, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please give us 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed.
If it is approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, it may take 5-10 days for the bank to post the refund to your account. We will issue a store credit if the original payment model is unavailable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returns and exchanges may only be made once.
We do not offer any price adjustments for discounted products.
