Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. ALL INTIMATES, BOTTOMS WITHOUT HYGIENE STICKERS, AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS (EXCEPT CART DISCOUNTS) ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.  

Return item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition. Package return items with original tags & hygienic liner attached. We do not accept returns if items have deodorant/sweat stains, makeup marks, or the smell of perfume. Any return that does not meet our return policy requirements will be sent back to the customer.

To make a return, please fill out the return&exchange form here. You will receive an automated e-mail that contains the P.O. box address you need to ship your return package. You can drop off your return package at your local USPS location. Please note that we will not be responsible for paying shipping costs associated with returns. Our return address is:

When you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment to prevent any losses.

To complete your return, please send an email to and share your returns package's tracking number with us. All returns must be shipped to our depot:

If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we inspect your return, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please give us 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed.

If it is approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, it may take 5-10 days for the bank to post the refund to your account. If the original payment model is unavailable, we will issue a store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns and exchanges may only be made once.

We do not offer any price adjustments for discounted products.
